Store policies:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind.

Please be aware as natural objects, the stones’ appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny fissures and pits. Please expect to find inclusions and markings within the crystal itself, and they will never be completely ‘perfect’. All photos are taken either with varying degrees of sunlight or under a white LED light. The in person colour of a crystal may vary based on the type of lighting it's in. 

Please be sure to examine all the item photos, dimensions, and descriptions before ordering. If you'd like to see how a piece looks in natural lighting, or a video, please do not hesitate to message me!

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
